AFIAA Investment Foundation for International Real Estate Investments was founded in 2004 and has its registered offices in Zurich (Switzerland). It is subject to Swiss law on the basis of the Federal Law on Employee Pension Funds (BVG) and is supervised by the Federal Occupational Pension Supervisory Commission. AFIAA Investment Foundation is the centre of excellence for international real estate investments.

Its products are intended exclusively for tax-exempt pension funds in accordance with Swiss law. AFIAA pursues a strategy of sustainable cost leadership, and attaches great importance to stable income development. By investing in AFIAA products, investors have the opportunity to directly or indirectly diversify their existing real estate portfolio by adding the International Real Estate investment category. AFIAA seeks to achieve balanced portfolio growth, focusing on selected target markets.
