Executive Chef Kevin McKeown oversees both Steersons Steakhouse and Kingsleys Australian Steakhouse, while Head Chef Thomas Pagnon brings a French touch and a love of fine produce to the table.
Steersons Steakhouse was designed for those nights when you want to eat outstanding rustic steak but feel like doing so in a contemporary setting, facing a stunning cityscape with the harbour in the foreground.
This restaurant is a place to savour rump, rib eye or fillet in style, simply served with red wine jus and your choice of the potato-based sides. But the menu has more to offer, notably seafood and a fish of the day. Perhaps start with a couple of oysters or opt for the pan-seared squid with shaved fennel and sauce vierge. Beef Wellington fans will also feel like they’ve come to the right place. The meat is served exactly medium rare and covered with duxelles, all in golden puff pastry, along with smooth truffled potato puree and fresh asparagus.
